Meet the Founder

I'm Joseph Reimer-Garcia, Founder of AscendPath Studio.Throughout my career, I've founded businesses, advised organizations across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, and worked alongside municipal leaders and local businesses on strategic, operational, and community initiatives.Most recently, I led the development of a multidisciplinary technology prototype while creating and overseeing an internship and mentorship model that brought together AI, software, embedded systems, IoT, UX, and cross-functional collaboration under guided project leadership.

Why I Founded AscendPath Studio™

I founded AscendPath Studio to bring those experiences together into a founder-led boutique advisory practice.Rather than beginning with predetermined solutions, I wanted to create a model that starts with understanding an organization's current state, objectives, challenges, and opportunities before recommending a path forward.Depending on the engagement, that path may include executive advisory, organizational modernization, innovation strategy, proprietary intelligence development, prototyping, technology implementation, workforce development, or candidate assessment.The goal isn't simply to deliver a project, it's to help organizations make confident decisions about where to invest their time, resources, and future capabilities.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to found businesses, consult with organizations across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, and most recently create and lead an internship and mentorship program while managing the development of a multidisciplinary technology prototype involving AI, embedded systems, IoT, software, and cross-functional collaboration.That experience reinforced my belief that successful initiatives require more than technical expertise.
